Many large legacy organization are now embarking on a “Digital Transformation” journey. This is not going to be an easy task. You can get clues on how that is working out by just observing the environment…. Are the posters on the walls just platitudes or do people take it to heart? Are the leaders walking the halls and talking to their employees? Do you actually “see” and “feel” the energy in the air? Are the right people being hired?
I thought I’d give some context to the last statement. Here’s the challenge that many companies need to overcome - paying people for their skills and value, and not for their position in the organizational chart.
